TV shows

I don't know if this is just me who feels this, but when I watch a TV show and a lot of the episodes in continued order I feel like I get into the show way more than I should. Before the start of the semester, I started a show and when I first started watching it, I thought about it a lot and couldn't wait to watch the next episode. Now that I'm pretty far into the series I still watch it, but it's not as much. It's so interesting to me how TV shows, especially those ones on Netflix, can just get you hooked. Even though I love netflix and it's so convenient to have all the seasons and episodes sometimes there's a downside to it because every episode you want to watch more and more.

  1. That totally happens to me! I know when I have watched a show too much in a row when I start thinking the characters are my friends in real life or start praying for them (you know in those almost asleep prayers, or those barely awake prayers). That is when I know I need to take a break! It is crazy how much TV can get in our head!

  2. I know what you mean! I just blogged last week about a show that my husband and I started watching. We are half way into the second season and we just started it at the beginning of last week! You can never just watch one episode because it leaves you hanging, wanting to know more! Oh those TV developers are so clever aren't they?? ;)
